Job summary

Deloitte is seeking experienced Identity and Access Management professionals to design, deploy and operate IAM solutions for clients. The role focuses on architecture, integration, and ongoing support across on-prem and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on IAM experience with enterprise directories, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and tools such as SailPoint or Saviynt, along with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Broad enterprise identity experience across authentication and IAM architectures.
• Experience with IGA, PAM, AM, AD, and CIAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt).
• Cloud-native IAM and integration with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Define IAM use cases, requirements, and technical specs.
• Design high/low level IAM architectures and integrations.
• Document IAM implementations and operation procedures.
• Install/configure IAM components on-prem or in cloud environments.
• Integrate IAM with directories, cloud apps, HR systems, and third‑party providers.
• Assist testing (unit, integration, non-functional) and troubleshooting.
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to client IAM teams.
