Job summary

TEC Partners Limited in London is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Workstream Lead (IAM/IDAM) to own a major cyber transformation programme. This 6-month contract inside IR35 offers a daily rate of £700–£725 and a hybrid London location.

You will define the IDAM strategy, oversee initiatives across identity lifecycle, MFA, SSO and governance, and collaborate with Cyber Security, IT, HR and business units to ensure adoption, change management, and a sustainable BAU transition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale IDAM or security transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of identity principles, controls, and technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

This strategic role is responsible for defining the IDAM strategy, overseeing a portfolio of initiatives, and ensuring that people, systems, and data are protected through modern, robust identity practices.
