Amazon Development Centre (London) Limited is seeking a Manager II, Support Engineer to lead the Security Support Engineering team focused on Identity and Access Management. You will manage day-to-day operations, set priorities, and guide engineers through complex access challenges at scale.

You will partner with Security Engineers and stakeholders, optimize workflows, and own security metrics while fostering an inclusive environment and on-call readiness.

Formación

• Experience leading security teams and delivering across SLAs.
• Experience in Linux-based environments and scripting languages.
• Strong security mindset with IAM, access controls, incident response knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Security Support Engineers, setting clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Own the team's operational results, ensuring timely delivery and high quality against SLAs.
• Hire, onboard, and develop talent; create development plans for engineers.
• Guide the team through security investigations and remediation, escalating risks as needed.
• Optimize workflows, reduce manual effort through automation and tooling; drive root-cause resolution.
• Partner with Security Engineers and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver customer outcomes.
• Own team security metrics and drive improvements.
