Amazon Development Centre (London) Limited seeks a Security Support Engineer for IAM. You will resolve complex access management issues, help customers adopt security products, and apply automation to scale remediations across our massive environment.

You will mentor engineers, own security metrics, and collaborate with security teams while occasionally on-call. The role offers broad visibility across Amazon and impacts securing internal and external identities.

Formación

• Experience in software development or technical support
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience with Linux and at least one scripting or programming language (Python/Java/Scala/NodeJS)
• Experience in security frameworks, incident response, cloud security, or identity and access controls

Responsabilidades

• Drive security-related operational initiatives in an enterprise-scale environment
• Assist customers with remediation steps and identify blockers/trends
• Help customers adopt new security products or adjust configurations to security standards
• Contribute to scripting and security tool development efforts
• Own security metrics delivery and improvements
• Provide research for IAM security reviews and initiatives and mentor engineers
