Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing security teams.
• Progressive work within a software security team or similar environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• Experience using data analytics to identify problems and measure performance.
• Understanding of Generative AI technologies and AI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Security Engineers and TPMs responsible for AppSec across Amazon services.
• Set strategic direction and priorities for the AppSec review team.
• Drive adoption of security processes, automation, and tooling to improve efficiency.
• Write and deliver high-quality documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Inspect team metrics and drive AI/LLM use cases in security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business goals.
• Foster a healthy, collaborative team culture and ensure delivery of results.
• Lead cross-team initiatives to improve internal programs and processes.
• Develop and communicate a clear security strategy across platforms and services.
