Job summary

Amazon Security is seeking an experienced security leader to join the Application Security team in London. You will recruit, coach, and grow a team of security engineers and PMs, set strategic priorities, and drive the secure development of Amazon services across cloud, devices, and AI-enabled products.

You will champion AI/LLM security use cases, implement metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to raise security maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience managing teams, or working with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems.
• Understanding of Generative AI technologies, large language models, and AI application architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Security Engineers and Technical Program Managers responsible for Application Security (AppSec) of Amazon services.
• Lead the strategic direction and evolution of the AppSec review teams, including setting goals and establishing priorities.
• Drive adoption of security processes, automation, and tooling to improve operational efficiency.
• Write and deliver high-quality documents for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive the adoption of AI and LLM use cases across teams.
