Job summary

Bupa is seeking an Identity and Access Management Product Lead to drive the IAM portfolio across BG… UK market units. You will own strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for IGA, PAM, and secret/certificate management.

This leadership role requires strong security background, stakeholder management, and ability to translate security needs into product outcomes. Hybrid working options available across London/Angel Court and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity or identity management experience, with product ownership exposure.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or IAM-specific certs.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with IAM vendors and strategic partners.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, automation, and standardisation.
• Provide leadership and foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Establish metrics to measure IAM performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Influence policy and strategy at organizational level to keep IAM central to security planning.
• Translate security requirements into clear product capabilities and backlog items.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Security, IT, HR, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and BUs.
• Ensure IAM products comply with standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).
