Job summary

Bupa is seeking an IAM Lead Engineer to strengthen security across Bupa Global, India and UK. You will design, implement and operate IGA, PAM and EIM solutions, build automation, and collaborate with IT, Security and HR to balance strong controls with user experience.

The role requires hands-on scripting (PowerShell, Python), experience with cloud IAM and identity services, and leadership of a high‑performing IAM team. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity or identity roles.
• 5+ years in IAM engineering leadership.
• Experience with IGA, PAM and EIM technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP and Kerberos.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, integration and support of IAM tools (IGA, PAM, EIM).
• Build workflows, connectors and automation for access provisioning.
• Integrate IAM with AD, Entra ID, cloud platforms and core apps.
