Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Identity Manager to oversee Identity and Access Management across the organisation, ensuring proper validation, authorisation and access control in line with policies. The role is hybrid with two office days per week and travel to UK offices may be required.

The post requires managing identity services, supplier performance, and transitions into governance frameworks to strengthen security and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading or managing IAM services and capabilities.
• Experience in supplier management, performance reporting and remediation.
• Understanding of change management processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and governance of IAM services across the organisation.
• Manage incidents and enquiries, providing resolution and guidance to the team and customers.
• Lead delivery and transition of systems into Identity Assurance Governance and Privileged Access Management.
