Atos UK&I IAM Lead role for mature, end-to-end identity programs. You will design, transform and operationalise IAM capabilities across complex enterprise environments, blending strategic advisory, architecture and hands-on governance to deliver tangible security outcomes.

You will engage senior business and technical stakeholders to develop roadmaps, governance frameworks and deployment plans for Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management and Zero Trust, ensuring practical, measurable

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in Identity & Access Management within consulting, systems integration, architecture or large enterprise BAU.
• Strong end-to-end IAM lifecycle knowledge and governance.
• Experience with at least one platform (CyberArk, Evidian, Okta, SailPoint or Entra).
• Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders, security leaders, architects and engineers.
• Clear communication and client-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead IAM strategy, maturity assessments, operating models and transformation engagements.
• Assess current identity capabilities and translate findings into roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end identity lifecycle processes and controls.
• Advise on IAM technologies: governance, access management, MFA, passwordless authentication.
• Lead Privileged Access Management assessments and transformations.
• Develop current/target architectures and roadmaps for IAM programs.
• Support implementation governance, on-boarding, migration and testing.
• Create governance models, RACIs, runbooks and KPIs.
