Job summary

Aggreko plc is seeking a Fuel Planner at our Cannock site to coordinate and manage all customer fuel requirements, ensuring uninterrupted operation of equipment and optimising delivery schedules and supplier performance.

You will work with internal teams and external suppliers to manage fuel deliveries, monitor fuel needs, and handle purchase orders, invoicing and cost recovery, all while driving efficiency and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in fuel, logistics, operations, or supply chain environments.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems to support performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fuel deliveries and supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.
• Monitor fuel requirements and manage refuelling schedules throughout the equipment hire lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to provide timely updates and resolve operational issues.
• Manage fuel administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, and cost recovery activities.
• Drive operational efficiency, revenue recovery, and safety compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
