Yu Energy in Nottingham NG8 6PY is seeking an I&C Metering Team Leader. The role is fully office-based, permanent and full-time, based in Nottingham, with 37.5 hours per week.

You will lead the I&C Metering team, ensuring high service standards and effective delivery to Yu Energy customers. The ideal candidate has deep metering knowledge, supervisory experience and strong communication skills, enabling proactive issue resolution and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of Metering and technical aspects of the Energy industry.
• Experience supervising a diverse team in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire achievement and development within the metering team.
• Coach, train and develop staff per company values.
• Manage internal and external relationships for efficiency.
• Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints.
• Collaborate with Operations/Commercial Analysts on strategic issues.
• Directly manage all team personnel for day-to-day performance.
