Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact centre, scheduling or administration.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls.
• Ability to work to targets and KPIs.
• Proficient with multiple computer systems and databases.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Book and schedule metering appointments for campaigns.
• Handle inbound calls and coordinate appointments via email.
• Manage appointments from booking to completion and resolve issues.
• Capture accurate customer and site information for field engineers.
• Maintain records across multiple systems and meet KPIs.
