Job summary

Yü Group is seeking an I&C Metering Advisor in Nottingham to join the Metering team. This permanent, full-time role is office-based with a 37.5 hour week and a discretionary annual bonus.

You will handle meter-related queries, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure timely, accurate customer support while maintaining processes and record-keeping. Responsibilities

• Ensure all Metering Queries are dealt with within SLA.
• Build strong relationships with other teams.
• Document and communicate required actions to management; identify irregularities and shape needs.
• Liaise with non-customer and customer-facing teams to handle complex registrations and resolve enquiries.
• Ensure business processes are robust and customer queries are resolved within timescales.
• Develop and maintain understanding of systems to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Monitor, action and escalate issues to keep customers informed.
