Job summary

4Front Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major infrastructure package on a hyperscale data centre development in Chippenham. You will oversee earthworks, foundations, utilities and coordination across design, commercial and construction teams to meet programme and budget targets.

This is a technically advanced, engineering-led role requiring strong contract knowledge (NEC/JCT) and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing major construction or infrastructure projects as a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, piling, foundations, drainage, utilities, roads and external works.
• Experience with NEC and JCT contracts; leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major infrastructure works for hyperscale data centre.
• Manage earthworks, piling, foundations, drainage, and utilities.
• Oversee HV/MV infrastructure, underground services, and coordination.
• Control budgets, forecasting, programme delivery and commercial performance.
• Coordinate design development, approvals and consultant teams.
• Lead subcontractors and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive health and safety, quality, and right first time delivery.
