Job summary

4Front Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a substantial data centre infrastructure package in Wiltshire. You will oversee earthworks, utilities and external works, coordinating across design teams, contractors and suppliers to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Key requirements include proven PM experience on major construction projects, NEC/JCT contract knowledge, and strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven project manager delivering major construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with earthworks, piling, foundations, drainage and attenuation.
• Experience delivering utilities, roads and external infrastructure works.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for safe, compliant, profitable, timely delivery.
• Lead the project team and manage subcontractors and procurement.
• Monitor programme performance and implement recovery measures.
• Collaborate with the commercial team on budgets, cash flow and change control.
• Ensure project profitability and robust governance.
• Coordinate with design consultants, utility providers, client and supply chain.
