Job summary

Walker & Sloan is recruiting a Project Manager for a flagship data centre infrastructure project in Corsham, Wiltshire. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of an £80m package, ensuring safety, programme adherence, budget control and quality across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires strong NEC/JCT contract experience, pro-active risk management, and stakeholder engagement across commercial and design teams. A Black CSCS Card and SMSTS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects for a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts, programme management, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a complex infrastructure package on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams from programme management to commercial performance and handover.
• Coordinate technical activities and ensure safety and compliance on site.
