Job summary

4Front Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civils) to lead the civil engineering delivery of a major hyperscale data centre. Following Phase One, you will oversee below-ground civils, drainage and utilities, ensuring programme, budget and quality targets are met.

Working with commercial, design and construction teams, you will coordinate design information, manage subcontractors and lead safety and right-first-time delivery on a live site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing below ground civils, substructures, drainage and utility packages on major construction projects.
• Experience delivering projects as a main contractor, with responsibility for programme, commercial performance and delivery.
• Understanding NEC or JCT contracts, change management and commercial reporting.
• Experience managing design coordination, technical interfaces and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015, temporary works and construction site management.
• Experience delivering data centres, infrastructure or other mission critical projects preferred.

Lead the Civil Engineering Delivery of a Major Hyperscale Data Centre

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civils) to play a key role in the next phase of a major hyperscale data centre development.

Following the successful delivery of Phase One, work is now progressing into the next stage of this technically advanced mission critical project. This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of complex civil engineering packages on a project where quality, programme and engineering excellence are at the heart of everything.

The Role

As Project Manager (Civils), you'll take ownership of the safe, compliant and commercially successful delivery of below ground civil engineering works, ensuring projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working alongside commercial, design and construction teams, you'll manage subcontractors, coordinate stakeholders and drive performance across all aspects of project delivery.
