Job summary

4Front Recruitment is seeking a Project Engineering Manager for a flagship hyperscale data centre project in West London. You will lead the engineering function, provide technical oversight and ensure safety, compliance and high-quality design delivery across complex construction activities.

In this senior role, you will drive governance, constructability reviews and continuous improvement while collaborating with design, construction and package teams to mitigate technical risks and deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading engineering functions on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working for a main contractor and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering governance, technical assurance and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the project, ensuring safe, compliant engineering activities.
• Oversee engineering governance, assurance and design delivery.
• Drive buildability improvements and proactive risk management across engineering packages.
• Lead collaboration with design, construction and package delivery teams to achieve right-first-time delivery.
