Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Package Manager for a major hyperscale data centre project in West London. You will lead the delivery of construction packages, coordinating engineering, commercial, procurement and construction teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires proven experience managing programmes, resources and performance, with a solid understanding of construction methodologies and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the delivery of construction packages on major building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing programme, resources and package performance.
• Good understanding of construction methodology, contract administration and stakeholder management.
• HNC, Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional membership (CIOB, ICE, APM or equivalent) desirable.
• Temporary Works knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of allocated construction packages from planning through to handover.
• Coordinate engineering, commercial, procurement and construction teams for package delivery.
• Manage package programmes, monitor progress and implement recovery plans when required.
• Oversee package budgets, forecasts and commercial performance, identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate design development, interfaces and construction readiness.
• Manage subcontractors and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive quality assurance and ensure works are delivered right first time; close NCRs.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental compliance across packages.
