Job summary

VIRTUS Data Centres in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Services Director to own the relationship with a hyperscale customer from contract award through design, construction, commissioning and ongoing service delivery. You will be the executive owner, coordinating across functions to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing large-scale strategic or hyperscale customer relationships.
• Experience operating at executive stakeholder level.
• Strong commercial, contractual and account management expertise.
• Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary programmes within a matrix organisation.
• Proven ability to manage customer delivery through both project and operational phases.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and escalation management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own executive customer relationship and act as primary senior contact.
• Coordinate across Design & Construction, Operations, IT and Commercial teams.
• Drive customer governance forums and account reviews.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Oversee change control, contract amendments and renewals.
• Lead a matrix team delivering on customer objectives.
