Job summary

Verto People Ltd is seeking a Data Center EHSQ Senior Manager to lead health, safety and quality standards for hyperscale data centre delivery across the UK and Europe. Based in London, you will shape frameworks from the ground up while working closely with site delivery teams.

The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on site engagement, auditing contractor performance, investigating incidents and embedding EHS & quality requirements into procurement and delivery processes across

Qualifications

• Hands-on EHS or quality management experience in construction or industrial projects.
• Experience creating or improving EHS standards and quality processes.
• Strong incident investigation and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop EHS and quality standards for data centre delivery.
• Carry out site audits and assess contractor safety and quality performance.
• Lead incident investigations and share lessons learned across projects.
• Embed health, safety and quality requirements into contractor and RFP processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain consistent standards across sites.
• Support recruitment and growth of regional EHS managers as needed.
• Maintain a practical, site-focused approach to issues before delivery impact.
