Job summary

Cook Trading Limited is seeking a Hygiene Team Member for COOK Classics Kitchen in Sittingbourne, Kent. The role runs Sunday-Thursday, 10pm–6am, with a pay rate of £15.50 per hour. You will help keep equipment spotless, the kitchen safe, and uphold high standards so chefs can shine and customers can enjoy every bite with confidence.

No prior experience is required. You’ll be on your feet for long periods and able to lift and carry as part of a busy kitchen team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required - just a willingness to work hard and take pride in doing a good job.
• Comfortable being on your feet for much of the day and with regular lifting, carrying, bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a constant supply of equipment is ready and available for the kitchen, preventing any stock shortages.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace by following all health and safety procedures.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork on time.
• Promptly report defective equipment to the Senior Porter.
• Treat the kitchen as your customer, always striving to deliver exceptional service.
