Job summary

Cook Classics in Sittingbourne, Kent is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a remarkable team of chefs dedicated to crafting exceptional food and delivering the same outstanding experience to every customer.

You will work Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, in a high-volume kitchen, upholding hygiene standards, ensuring portion control, and reporting to the Sous Chef daily while collaborating with other sections.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a chef is required.
• Ability to efficiently manage your section of the kitchen.
• NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all ingredients meet high-quality standards before use.
• Maintain portion control for every dish prepared.
• Support and report to the Sous Chef daily.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with other sections and team members in a high-volume environment.
