Job summary

COOK is seeking a Chef de Partie in Sittingbourne, Kent, working Sunday to Thursday from 10pm to 6am. The salary advertised is £34,359 per year, with a hands-on, high-volume kitchen environment and strong emphasis on quality, hygiene, and teamwork.

You will contribute to preparing pies and pastries to a high standard, support the Sous Chef, and help maintain portion control and consistency across dishes in a busy kitchen. Benefits are provided as part of a supportive COOK family culture.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working as a chef.
• NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering) is preferred.
• Ability to efficiently manage your section of the kitchen.
