GXO Logistics, Inc is hiring a Supervisor Hygiene Operative in Northampton Grange Park to lead a hygiene team and ensure high cleaning standards across the site. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with an hourly rate of £14.36.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supervisory roles within cleaning/hygiene environments.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning standards and quality control.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support the hygiene team to maintain top cleanliness across the site.
• Plan daily workloads and schedules to meet required standards and frequencies.
• Run routine hygiene inspections, monitor results, and take corrective action.
• Train and coach staff on procedures, safe practices, and cleaning chemicals use.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and site hygiene rules.
• Manage equipment, consumables and stock, working with stakeholders.
