Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is recruiting a Hygiene Team Leader for our Ruskington site in the United Kingdom. The role involves leading a team of operatives to ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with COSHH and Food Safety, across rotating morning/afternoon shifts.

Expect 45 hours per week on a permanent contract with a Sunday rest day. Applicants should have previous team leadership experience in hygiene or similar settings, good literacy and numeracy, and a hands-on, proactive attitude

Qualifications

• Previous Experience as Team Leader / Line Leader / Hygiene Department.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Positive thinking and self-motivation.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Hands-on approach to solving issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operatives to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure cleaning schedules and machinery are kept to the highest standards.
