Pilgrim's Europe in Llanidloes, Wales, is recruiting for full time Night shift Operatives in the Hygiene Department. You'll learn new skills, be trained and developed within the business, and join a team focused on cleanliness and quality.

Reporting to the Hygiene Manager, you will support cleaning of production and packing areas, maintain hygiene standards, and participate in continuous improvement. A positive, proactive attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in factory cleaning is an advantage.
• Able to work independently.
• Practical/manual handling skills.
• Basic Health & Safety awareness.
• COSHH awareness.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Set up, changeover and operate machinery and other equipment in the area within standard operating procedures to achieve required outputs and quality.
• Comply with the food and hygiene requirements at all times.
• Operate high pressure water guns for cleaning operations.
• Check and monitor processes making recommendations for any adjustments necessary to achieve product and process specification.
• Empty waste containers from production departments as necessary.
• Wash and clean floors in all areas of the Factory as necessary.

We are recruiting for full time Night shift Operatives to work in our Hygiene Department at our Llanidloes, SY18 6LX. site. We are looking for candidates who are keen to learn new skills, are focused and driven. If you feel that this describes you, we want to hear from you! We are looking to invest into people, providing role specific training to progress enthusiastic candidates up through the business.

Reporting to the Hygiene Manager, successful candidates will work with the Hygiene team to clean production and packing areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, changeover and operate machinery and other equipment in the area within standard operating procedures to achieve required outputs and quality.
• Comply with the food and hygiene requirements at all times.
• Operate high pressure water guns for cleaning operations.
