Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in West Bromwich is seeking Night Hygiene Operatives to maintain cleanliness across factory areas, toilets, yard and perimeters during the 22:00–06:00 shift.

This role involves operating cleaning equipment, following health and safety procedures, and supporting a fast-paced production environment. The company offers development opportunities and in-house training.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning all factory areas.
• Cleaning all toilets, staff toilets and hand basins.
• Keeping the yard, car park and perimeters clean and tidy.
• Use a variety of machinery and equipment across a range of tasks.
• Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
• Follow the Company's Health, Safety and Quality procedures within the course of the role.
• Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness, carrying out all daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.

Job Description

The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday - Friday 22:00 - 06:00

The rates of pay are: £14.47

Qualifications

Main Responsibilities

• Cleaning all factory areas.
• Cleaning all toilets, staff toilets and hand basins.
