Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group at the Coupar Angus site is seeking Night Hygiene Operatives to join a night shift team. You will help keep production areas clean in line with strict food safety standards, with full training provided on entry.

The role involves night hours, with a 27-hour week in Week 1 and 38 hours in Week 2, paid at £13.00 per hour. No prior experience is required, and you’ll work in a fast-paced environment handling raw meat safely.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Comfortable working in an environment that processes raw meat.
• Previous industrial cleaning experience is advantageous but not required.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Job Description

2 Sisters Food Group is looking to recruit industrial Night Hygiene Operatives - Team A.

• Hours of work: Week 1 - 27 hours; Week 2 - 38 hours.
• Working days: Wednesday - Friday& every 2nd Saturday.
• Working hours: Fridayand every 2nd Saturday 6pm - 6am; Wednesday- Thursday9:30pm - 6:30am.
• Pay rate - £13.00 per hour.

As a Night Hygiene Operative, you will be a key member of the team responsible for ensuring all areas of the factory are cleaned in line with stringent food safety standards.

This will include:

• Cleaning surfaces and areas effectively
• Ensuring all records are kept up to date for the cleaning routine.
• Following the cleaning method as described in the Cleaning Instruction Cards
• Using chemical and cleaning applications safely and as described in the Cleaning Instruction Cards

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

You must be comfortable working in an environment that processes raw meat.

Qualifications

We’re seeking motivated individuals who bring a positive attitude, a genuine eagerness to learn, and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Previous experience in industrial cleaning is an advantage but not required — we provide full training, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.
