Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Factory Cleaner – Food Production for night shifts in the UK. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.11 and a 38.5-hour week on a 7-day fortnight Nights rota (18:00–05:00).

The Rogerstone factory is a major site within the group, with full training provided and strong progression opportunities. You’ll work to strict hygiene standards, using high-pressure cleaners after training and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hygiene, cleaning, food-manufacturing or industrial environment would be helpful, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed cleaning instructions and established procedures.
• Willing and able to use high-pressure cleaning equipment after receiving training.
• Understand and follow chemical-handling and safety instructions.
• Complete physically demanding cleaning duties within the required timescales.
• Able to work both weekday and weekend shifts as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Can work safely and effectively as part of a team.
• Can follow detailed cleaning instructions and established procedures.
• Are willing and able to use high-pressure cleaning equipment after receiving the appropriate training.
• Can understand and follow chemical-handling and safety instructions.
• Have good attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards.
• Can complete physically demanding cleaning duties within the required timescales.
• Are available to work both weekday and weekend shifts as scheduled.

Strict hygiene and housekeeping standards must be followed at all times. This includes:

• Following the site’s floor bird and meat-handling procedures.
• Wearing the correct personal protective equipment for each task.
• Following the company’s jewellery policy.
• Adhering to handwashing and boot-dipping procedures.
• Wearing any additional protective equipment required by current site procedures.
