Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in West Bromwich is recruiting Hygiene Operatives to help keep our high-volume factory clean and compliant. Shifts run Monday to Friday with early and late blocks, at a pay rate of £12.75 per hour.

You will clean all factory areas, toilets, yard and perimeters, follow safety rules, and work as part of a supportive team. The role suits reliable, detail-oriented individuals who communicate well in English and can manage a busy workload.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, auditors and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean all factory areas.
• Clean all toilets, staff toilets and hand basins.
• Keep the yard, car park and perimeters clean.
• Operate a variety of cleaning machinery across tasks.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
• Follow Health, Safety and Quality procedures.

The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday - Friday 5.45am - 1.45pm and 2pm - 10pm

The rates of pay are: £12.75

Qualifications

Main Responsibilities

• Cleaning all factory areas.
• Cleaning all toilets, staff toilets and hand basins.
• Keeping the yard, car park and perimeters clean and tidy.
• Use a variety of machinery and equipment across a range of tasks.
• Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
• Follow the Company’s Health, Safety and Quality procedures within the course of the role.
• Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness, carrying out all daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
