Job summary

Hydraquip Hose & Hydraulics is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to deliver technical and commercial support to new and existing customers. You will understand customer requirements, offer hydraulic, industrial, or engineering solutions, source products to specification, and manage orders with clear communication throughout the sales process.

The role emphasises outstanding customer service, organisation, and proactive value creation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service approach with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to understand technical information and translate into practical customer solutions.
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office for order processing and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and commercial support to customers.
• Source products to specifications and process orders accurately.
• Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximise sales opportunities and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and follow up on quotations.
