Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position working in an aftermarket supplier/automotive distributor is an advantage.
• Technical knowledge of regional and national automotive aftermarket market.
• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on sales and conduct additional sales.
• Investigate customer needs to support sales.
• Approach customers to sell and inform about new developments.
• Support internal order management with commercial and technical questions.
• Ensure accurate information for sales order processing in ERP.
• Monitor inventory and inform customers about delivery times.
• Respond to complaints and collaborate with After Sales.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding payments and delivery issues.
