Job summary
Alecto Recruitment is seeking a Hydraulic Technical Sales Engineer in Doncaster to join a proactive team of engineers and sales professionals. You will support customers and the external sales team with hydraulic components and complete system solutions, turning technical requirements into practical outcomes.
You will be a key contact for customers, understanding needs, recommending appropriate products, and handling enquiries through to order while maintaining strong relationships and delivery
Qualifications
- Experience in hydraulics industry and ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations and handle enquiries to order.
- Understanding of hydraulic components and system selection.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support to customers and external sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend hydraulic solutions.
- Prepare quotations and manage enquiries through to order.
- Advise on hydraulic components and product selection.
- Work on projects from components to larger hydraulic systems.
- Build long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales and operations to deliver solutions.
