Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking a technically minded Technical Support Engineer to join our client’s team in the United Kingdom. You will provide technical support to internal teams and customers, prepare quotations, advise on product specifications and ensure enquiries and projects are handled efficiently.

• Experience with hydraulic products (accumulators, filtration, coolers, valves, manifolds).
• Office-based and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient IT skills: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare technical quotations to meet customer requirements.
• Provide detailed product information and technical advice.
• Liaise with Engineering, Sales and other internal departments.
• Support projects, ensuring customer specifications and margins are maintained.
• Respond to technical enquiries and maintain excellent customer service.
• Keep up to date with product developments and market opportunities.
• Undertake customer visits when required.
