The Recruitment Group is seeking a technically minded Technical Support Engineer to join our client's team in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will provide technical support to internal teams and customers, preparing quotations and advising on product specifications.

You will liaise with Engineering, Sales and other departments, support projects, and maintain customer service excellence. Prior hydraulic product experience and strong IT skills are highly desired.

Formación

• Experience with hydraulic products including accumulators, filtration, coolers, valves and manifolds.
• Office-based and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare technical quotations to meet customer requirements.
• Provide detailed product information and technical advice.
• Liaise with Engineering, Sales and other internal departments.
• Support projects, ensuring customer specifications and commercial margins are maintained.
• Respond to technical enquiries and maintain excellent customer service.
• Keep up to date with product developments and market opportunities.
• Undertake customer visits when required.
