Operate hose crimping machinery safely and accurately, maintaining tooling, dies, and equipment in good working order.
Provide counter sales support, advising customers on hose selection, routing, pressure ratings, and specifications both in person at the depot and over the phone.
Respond to mobile breakdown callouts across the territory, attending customer sites to manufacture and fit replacement hose assemblies on-site with minimal downtime.
Survey customer sites and mobile plant to identify hose replacement requirements, tagging and cataloguing assemblies for future reference and repeat orders.
Carry out pressure testing of completed hose assemblies in line with relevant standards and quality procedures.
Manage depot hose and fitting stock levels, ensuring the correct range is available and flagging replenishment requirements promptly.
Maintain the mobile service vehicle to a clean, safe, and well-stocked standard at all times.
