The Methodist Church in Britain seeks a nurse or Allied Health Professional to lead the WorkWell clinical model in the Black Country Integrated Care Board. The post is a 17-month fixed-term role with hybrid working and will serve up to 1,500 people. Registration as a nurse or AHP is required.

You will establish a cluster-wide multidisciplinary model, build links with health and community services, and oversee governance, audit and performance reporting across partners.

Competenze

• Postgraduate diploma-level knowledge of vocational rehabilitation or equivalent experience.
• Master's level education or equivalent specialist experience.
• Project management qualification or equivalent experience with project tools.
• Evidence of continued professional development.

Mansioni

• Establish a cluster-wide multidisciplinary clinical model, including vocational rehabilitation.
• Build links with Occupational Health, primary care and community services.
• Embed governance, safeguarding, escalation, supervision, audit and improvement across partners.
• Develop performance reporting and management information for delivery.
• Oversee budgets and liaise to support partnership working.
• Lead management and delivery of the WorkWell service with the SRO and project team.
• Coordinate clinician training and work-focused interventions.
