Job summary

PwC is seeking a Change Manager to lead people-centric workplace transformation projects. Based in central London with UK travel, you will shape agile, technology-enabled work environments that attract talent and support Net Zero goals.

You will deliver workplace strategy, design engaging communication plans, and use data to drive continuous improvement across locations. You’ll build trusted relationships with senior leaders and mobilise change champions to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience leading change management and organisational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and evolution of workplace strategy across UK locations.
• Design and deliver change and communication plans via workshops, training and digital channels.
• Use data and surveys to shape decisions and improve workplace experiences and processes.
• Build relationships across the organisation as trusted advisor for change, engagement and communication.
