Job summary

TRIA is seeking a skilled Change Manager for a hybrid role in Central London to support a major transformation programme. The contract role offers a day rate of 500–550 GBP Inside IR35 DOE and requires driving change across multiple business areas.

You will shape change strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working, with a focus on delivering results and managing cross-program interdependencies.

Qualifications

• Proven change management experience in large/complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication to influence at all levels.
• Experience delivering change tied to systems, processes or operating model transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver change management activities across transformation initiatives.
• Develop structured change plans with stakeholder engagement at the centre.
• Design and execute communication and engagement strategies to support adoption of new processes and ways of working.
