Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people side of workplace transformation projects across the UK. Based in central London with opportunities to travel, you will shape change strategies that support our hybrid working model and Net Zero ambitions.

You will design engaging change and communication plans, use data and feedback to drive decisions, and build networks of change champions while partnering with senior leaders to deliver at pace.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver outcomes to deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organization.
• Experience leading and supporting change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops, presentations and engagement activities with senior leaders and diverse groups.
• Experience delivering workplace transformation programmes including office relocations, return-to-office initiatives and technology adoption.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation abilities; proficient with digital workplace tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and evolution of workplace strategy across UK locations, ensuring change initiatives support business objectives and workplace transformation programmes.
• Design and deliver engaging change and communication plans through presentations, workshops, training, events, stakeholder engagement activities, and digital channels.
• Use data, insights, and feedback from surveys, interviews, workplace evaluations, and other analysis activities to shape decisions and continuously improve workplace experiences and processes.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor and key contact for change, engagement, and communication activities while developing and inspiring networks of change champions.
