Job summary

The University of Chichester invites applications for a Project Coordinator and Data Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Chichester, you will support institutional planning and data functions and lead the rollout of the Workload Allocation Model (WAM).

You will work with HR to prepare guidance, training materials, coordinate implementation, and provide data collection, validation and reporting across the Planning team to inform workload and performance decisions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience relevant to the role.
• Strong data analysis and data quality understanding to support planning.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to manipulate, validate and reconcile data.
• Proven organisational and project coordination skills; stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in higher education environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and rollout of the Workload Allocation Model (WAM).
• Prepare guidance and training materials; coordinate implementation activity.
• Collect, enter, validate and aggregate workload data.
