Working closely with the HR team, the role supports the practical delivery of the WAM across the University, including preparation of guidance and training materials, coordination of implementation activity, user support, and the collection, entry, validation and aggregation of workload data. The postholder will also support testing, reporting and refinement of the model as it is embedded across academic areas.
