Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in the North East of England is seeking a Workforce Systems Support Officer to join our ESR Helpdesk. The role provides day-to-day user support for ESR and Optima, handling queries by phone and email.

You will work between Cobalt and home, supporting managers and staff, performing data cleansing and ensuring the integrity of workforce records. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is essential.

Qualifications

• ECDL / RSA III typing or equivalent experience.
• Thorough knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and Word.
• Armed Forces, FPPR interview guarantee applies to eligible applicants.

Responsabilités

• Provide first line support for ESR/Optima queries via phone or email.
• Communicate complex data quality issues clearly to staff and managers.
• Input and process information following approved procedures; perform data cleansing.
