Job summary

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Workforce Systems Administrator to support ESR and smartcard processes, enable self-service access, and provide high-quality workforce data support.

You will manage onboarding automation, assist managers, escalate issues to the Workforce Systems Lead, and work within a high-volume HR environment across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Background in a high-volume administrative role in HR, Recruitment or Payroll.
• Strong communication with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Administer ESR and smartcard access, including password resets.
• Support employee self-service and payslip access.
• Manage New Starter onboarding processes and escalate issues.
• Ensure data accuracy and escalate problems to Workforce Systems Lead.
