Job summary

Canopius is implementing Workday Financials with a key role for an Applications Support Analyst to back UAT and live go-live support. You will help establish and improve the Workday support model and knowledge base, ensuring a secure and well-supported platform as it matures.

In this hybrid role, you will manage Workday security, integrations, incident resolution, and release governance within the AMS team, while contributing to other Finance and corporate apps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Workday in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, administration and maintenance of the Workday platform.
• Manage Workday Security configuration, role assignments, access requests and audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot Workday integrations and liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Support transitions of new Workday functionality from project delivery into BAU.
