Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking an experienced Workday Technical AMS Lead - Financials to lead technical application support, integration management and enhancements for Workday Financials clients. You will own the AMS function, ensuring integrations, reporting, security and related components operate reliably and efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of Workday technical experience across integrations, reporting and security.
• Experience in Workday AMS, application support or post-go-live support, preferably in a lead or team-lead capacity.
• Hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Web Services/APIs.
• Proficiency with SOAP/REST APIs, XSLT, XML and JSON transformations.
• Strong Workday reporting knowledge (Advanced, Matrix and Composite).
• Experience with BIRT reporting and PMD print layouts.
• Knowledge of Workday Financials and the Financial Data Model.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical AMS service for Workday clients, managing incidents, problems, service requests and enhancements.
• Ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.
• Identify recurring issues and perform root-cause analysis and preventative improvements.
• Manage change requests from requirements gathering through development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to the AMS team.
