Job summary

Canopius is seeking a Workday Applications Support Analyst to back live service after go-live, with emphasis on Security & Integrations. You’ll support incidents, requests, changes, and document the support model to keep the Workday platform secure and well‑governed.

Across AMS, you’ll extend support to other Finance and Corporate apps, share knowledge, and help build long‑term capability. This is a hybrid role based in Manchester, 2–3 days on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Workday in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Security administration and access controls.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Workday integrations and interfaces.
• Experience configuring Workday Business Processes and approval workflows.
• Understanding of Workday Financials and related configuration.
• Experience with release management, testing and deployment processes.
• Experience with APIs, data interfaces and integration monitoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, administration and maintenance of the Workday platform.
• Manage Workday Security configuration, role assignments and audit requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot Workday integrations and liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Support transition of new Workday functionality from project delivery into BAU.
• Deliver integration and security changes through CAB, testing and releases.
• Support R1 and R2 releases with regression testing and impact assessments.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve Workday incidents and service requests.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and stakeholders to implement approved changes.
• Share Workday knowledge and provide training to the AMS team.
• Support treasury, banking and other finance applications within AMS.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and automation.
