Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Work Planner to join our Repairs team on a full-time, fixed-term basis until February 2027. You will plan work for trade operatives, optimise resource use, and contribute to improving customer experience.

This roam/ hybrid role requires you to work from our head office at Hudson Quay at least twice a week and remotely from home, coordinating with Thirteen teams to ensure services run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• As part of a large team of Work Planners, you’ll work in a pod of three to schedule and plan work for your group of trade operatives
• Make best use of resources to maximise productivity and performance
• Contribute to reviewing and developing procedures that will enhance our customers’ experience
• Liaise with a variety of teams across Thirteen to ensure our service runs smoothly
• Complete a range of administrative and data input duties to ensure that information is up to date for monitoring and reporting
